Computer Systems Revision

Specialist software and hardware exists to help people who have particular needs when operating a computer. In this section you will find out about hardware and software that can help:

 

  • People who have difficulties with their SIGHT
  • People who have difficulties with their HEARING
  • People who have difficulties with their MOVEMENT

Success Criteria:

ALL Students:

Must be able to identify additional hardware and software that can be used by people with different disabilities to make their access to ICT easier. The lesson activities will demonstrate that the purpose of the device/software is known and it is clear which disability/disabilities it may help. Stronger students will include more detail.
